Gentle Yoga, The Wellness Center at Cornerstone Warrington


Hatha Yoga practice, pure and simple. Warm-up, stretch, asana, breath work or pranayama, shivasana and meditation when time is available. This class is taught alternately with 3 other teachers, Barb, Cathy  and Tamara, a great opportunity to widen your experience with different teaching styles. I teach the second Friday of the Month.
